Our Story

Pinnacle Homes was formed in 1993 when President Craig A. Lawson and Vice-President Richard A. Dowd decided to combine their extensive building and development backgrounds. Since our inception, we have been building the highest quality homes in the Sonoma, Napa, Marin and Mendocino markets in Northern California, in the $500,000 to $3,500,000 range.

Success for Pinnacle Homes is measured by how closely we approach perfection in creating a new home. Our pursuit of perfection extends through the many stages of planning and months of construction, to adding the finishing touches on a home we know our buyers will be delighted to own.

Pinnacle Homes are limited collections of exceptional homes. Each home is designed and sited to take advantage of the ambiance of the surroundings. Our talented architects and design consultants maximize our proficiency in creating homes of uncommon grace, style and livability.

Green building is a relatively new term for the environmentally conscious, sustainable building methods long practiced by Pinnacle Homes. The protection of resources, water conservation, and the use of energy-efficient building products are standard practice in all Pinnacle Homes projects.
