Preventative Maintenance
The most effective way to protect your investment is to perform routine, preventative maintenance on your new home. If you purchased a Pinnacle Home after January 2003, you were provided with a copy of The California Building Performance Guidelines for Residential Construction. This publication will provide you with comprehensive maintenance information and also includes a “Homeowner Maintenance Summary” outlining minimum maintenance requirements. This section is followed by a “Recommended Maintenance Schedule” that lists each task and its purpose, frequency and level of difficulty.
