PINNACLE HOMES is proud to have built many fine homes in Sonoma, Napa, Marin and Mendocino counties. We strive to extend professional support to our Homebuyers from the moment they decide to purchase one of our homes. This commences at the signing of the Purchase Agreement, continues during the phases of construction, provides assistance through the closing of escrow, up to delivery of their new home, and beyond by means of promptly handling any customer service issues.
In addition to the warranty we provide, as an approved 2-10 HBW Builder, your home is furnished with a limited warranty protection from frame to foundation and interior systems to exterior finish through a third-party insurance-backed new home warranty program.
Our Customer Service Department is SB800 Compliant and is equipped to handle emergency calls on a 24 hour basis. All other Homeowner Warranty Issues are handled by our Homebuyers submitting a Homeowner's Warranty Request Form. This form is furnished at the initial Walk-Through and should be mailed, faxed or can be accessed on our website for an online submission. We also provide our homeowners information on the most effective ways to perform routine, preventative maintenance on their new home.
Our goal is to assure our Homebuyers that we will resolve all warranty requests in a timely manner and want them to remain confident that they have the commitment and support of Pinnacle Homes in this regard.
