Pinnacle Ridge

Pinnacle Ridge is a new project in West Petaluma off “I” Street and contiguous with the urban boundary. The project consists of 11 lots (many of the lots have fabulous views). The project is currently in the planning process. Homes will be available in 2010.

 

Litchfield Terrace is a new neighborhood of 13 California bungalows in the heart of old Sebastopol. The project consists of 11 homes ranging from 2,638 sq. ft. to 3,106 sq. ft with lots 11 & 12 being built and sold separately by Habitat for Humanity. These 2 homes will be 1,378 sq. ft. Homes will be available in 2009.
