This two-story, Tuscan Style residence evokes the simple grace of the villas found throughout northern Italy. The exterior is finished in smooth stucco and the roof is covered with concrete barrel tiles. The porte cochere enhances the formality of the double-doored entry. At the rear of the house, an attractive iron railing encloses a spacious loggia deck.
